Job summary

CELINE in New York is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to serve as a brand ambassador, delivering CELINE standards and luxury service across categories. You will get to know clients deeply, guide their needs, and mentor team members while supporting store operations and daily management.

The role requires a minimum of five years in luxury retail, strong client relationship skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail, preferably luxury.
• Proven ability to grow a multi‑million client book through relationships.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication; foreign languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results, and support the team in their sales.
• Welcome every Client and enhance their experience, advise across the brand and products.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling using tools to develop and recruit Clients.
• Develop the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
• Participate in all activities contributing to store objectives and maintain grooming standards.
• Assist Management in daily operations: floor management, stock operations, opening/closing duties.
• Mentor and onboard new team members and support the Store Manager.
• Understand company policies and assist other Client Advisors as needed.
• Additional responsibilities may include stock, merchandising, after‑sales.
