Marni at OTB Group North America is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver personalized service and drive store sales. You will manage client relationships, knowledge of collections, and participate in events to boost loyalty and new client acquisition.

The role emphasizes clienteling, product storytelling, and achieving quarterly targets while maintaining the brand’s elevated shopping experience in a Los Angeles store.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling experience, Fashion or Retail preferred.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Verbal and written communication skills with active listening.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs.
• Proficiency with CRM, POS, and clienteling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to store objectives.
• Know and act on personal KPIs: Net Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion, Client Acquisition and Retention.
• Increase basket size through cross-selling and complete-look selling.
• Use client insights to adjust selling strategies; share observations with management.
• Organize and grow a high-quality client portfolio via CRM tools.
• Conduct personalized outreach on new arrivals and seasonal collections.
