Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our Operations team in the theater setting. You will take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen, and deliver orders with a focus on guest satisfaction and accuracy.

As a Non-Exempt role, you will support seating, upsell promotions, handle payments, and ensure compliance with alcohol service policies. Applicants must be 18+, have ServSafe and alcohol certifications, and experience in full-service dining.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of full service serving experience.
• ServSafe, Food Handler’s and Alcohol certifications required.
• Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide stellar guest service by taking and delivering orders accurately.
• Explain the menu, upsell promotions, and promote Cinepolis offerings.
• Input orders quickly in the POS and ensure payment accuracy.
• Support seating and crowd management as needed during showtimes.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas and assist teammates.
