Job summary

Cinépolis USA in Dallas is seeking a dedicated Server to provide stellar guest service in our luxury cinema environment. You will take food and beverage orders, relay orders to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery while upselling promotions.

With 1+ year of serving experience and the necessary certifications, you’ll work in a fast-paced team, manage POS transactions, and maintain a welcoming theater atmosphere through holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ year of full-service serving experience.
• ServSafe, Food Handler’s and Alcohol certifications required.
• Ability to work with POS system and perform basic math.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen.
• Deliver prepared food and beverages to guests.
• Upsell promotions and menu add-ons.
• Greet guests and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Handle payments and balance cash drawer accurately.
