Hotel Beauden, Autograph Collection in Downtown Orlando seeks a Catering Sales Manager to drive catering sales and craft memorable events. Lead client relationships, collaborate with culinary and events teams, and present tailored proposals to clients while staying ahead of industry trends.

You will deliver exceptional service, design customized menus, and promote the hotel’s offerings as part of a dynamic, hospitality-driven team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Creativity and innovation in developing unique event concepts.
• Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and generate revenue by selling our exceptional catering services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams to design customized menus and event plans.
• Conduct site visits and present proposals to clients, showcasing the venue's offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless execution of events.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our hotel/resort and its offerings to potential clients.
• Be part of a supportive and collaborative team passionate about creating extraordinary experiences.
