Job summary

Hotel Beauden, Autograph Collection in Downtown Orlando seeks a passionate Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager in leading daily dining room operations. You will train staff, supervise service, and ensure guest satisfaction with a strong customer‑focused approach.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in hospitality, excellent communication, and solid knowledge of POS systems and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier; supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
• Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi‑task
• Prior cash handling & experience with MICROS POS system
• TIPS, CPR & Serve Safe certification preferred
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service delivery.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with staff training and development.
• Manage staff scheduling and performance to ensure guest satisfaction.
