Job summary

Hotel Beauden, Autograph Collection is seeking a passionate Restaurant Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and staff development. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, supervise front-of-house teams, and ensure guests receive outstanding service in a dynamic hospitality setting.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a guest-focused approach, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a bustling downtown Orlando environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Prior cash handling and experience with MICROS POS system.
• TIPS, CPR and Serve Safe certifications preferred.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and other POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with training and development.
• Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
