Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between clients/coordinators and PPHG departments to guarantee successful pre-planning and execution.
• Manage event orders, timelines, and rental orders; ensure final payments are complete on time.
• Lead event operations discussions and coordinate with venue staff and vendors during events.
• Attend weekly event and operations meetings and provide hands-on support to deliver events in line with PPHG standards.
