Job summary

Patrick Properties Hospitality Group is seeking a Catering Event Manager to plan, detail, and supervise all culinary, beverage, and venue services for luxury events. You will coordinate with clients, coordinators, and multiple departments to guarantee flawless pre-planning and on-site execution.

The role requires at least 2 years of luxury event and catering management experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Minimum of 2 years luxury event and catering management experience.
• ServSafe Alcohol certification or able to obtain within 30 days.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of proper table service and Patrick Properties standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as second to the Sales Manager until the tasting; then lead the client as main contact.
• Gather information from clients (floor plans, timelines, rental orders) and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure accurate Event Order details and timely final payments.
• Lead event operations discussions and coordinate with departments.
