Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver outstanding service at the cashwrap and uphold Coach Service standards. This role involves welcoming customers, promoting the Insider Program, and ensuring accurate cash handling while supporting team development.

Candidates should have 1+ years in cashier/retail, familiar with POS systems, and able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
