Job summary

Coach is seeking a Cashier to deliver exceptional service at the cashwrap, while upholding Coach standards and brand experience. You will greet customers, promote the Insider Program, and ensure accurate cash handling and returns processing.

The role requires 1+ years in cashier/retail, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English proficiency. Schedule flexibility is needed for nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
