Coach is a global fashion house renowned for luxury retail experience. We seek a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional checkout service, greet customers warmly, and act as an ambassador for the Insider Program.

This role maintains cash handling accuracy, processes returns, and supports team development on the sales floor. You will train and mentor fellow cashiers while upholding Coach Service standards in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
