Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the cashwrap, acting as a brand ambassador and upholding Coach Service standards. You will support team development, ensure cash handling accuracy, and promote the Insider Program while maintaining a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

The role requires 1+ years in cashier or retail roles, familiarity with POS systems and mobile tech, and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
