Requirements include 1+ years in cashier/retail, luxury retail preferred, and the ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak periods). Lift up to 25 lbs and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.

• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and policy compliance.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits.
• Keep cashwrap organized and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
