Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the cashwrap and act as a brand ambassador for Coach Service standards. The role includes handling cash, processing returns, and mentoring junior cashiers in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods is required; candidates should have strong English proficiency and prior luxury retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in cashier/retail roles; luxury retail a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver service excellence

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout and greet customers warmly
• Act as ambassador for the Insider Program and promote add-on sales
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and comply with policies
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per standards; complete end-of-shift audits
• Keep cashwrap organized, monitor equipment, report issues promptly
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
