Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier in Birch Run, Michigan, to deliver exceptional service at the cashwrap and uphold Coach Service standards. You will act as a brand ambassador, drive add-on sales, and ensure accurate cash handling while supporting team development.

The role requires 1+ years in cashier/retail roles, preference for luxury retail, and proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak periods is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
