Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional checkout experiences in a luxury retail environment. The role requires strong customer service, cash handling accuracy, and brand ambassador responsibilities at the Coach cashwrap.

Experience in cashier or retail settings is preferred, with familiarity in POS systems and mobile devices. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons is expected. This position is based in Michigan, USA.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly.
• Act as ambassador for Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
