Job summary

STARK is seeking an experienced Luxury Carpet Sales Professional to expand our Charlotte showroom's book of business with interior designers, architects, and trade clients. You will cultivate relationships, provide product guidance, and manage project lifecycles from consultation through installation in a fast-paced showroom setting.

You will cover showroom appointments, off-site meetings, and industry events, with a focus on client service and design collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven success in business development, prospecting, and account growth.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new trade accounts through prospecting and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and clients.
• Manage quotes, orders, and the full sales lifecycle from consultation to delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with showroom leadership.
