Responsibilities

• Inform customers about BMW products and features.
• Conduct need analysis with customers.
• Manage test drive process.

• Support Sales Consultants during the sales process.
• Be main contact for customer questions on products, usage, and functions.
• Maintain owner follow-up to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories and inventory.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions; perform other duties as requested.
