Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive sales or related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Internet sales experience or online customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates vehicles and features, conducts test drives and explains warranties.
• Assists customers with vehicle selection and financing options.
• Maintains accurate sales documentation and follows dealership policies.
• Builds relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prospects new customers and participates in sales meetings and trainings.
• Represents BMW of Riverside in a professional manner at all times.
