Job summary

AMAN Group Sarl at Amangiri invites applications for Camp Sarika Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage. You will lead a dedicated team delivering seamless, personalized guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets and payroll, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to Aman brand standards while maintaining exceptional service, safety, and guest satisfaction in a remote desert resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive management experience within luxury hospitality or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple operational departments and guest service functions.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, payroll, forecasting, and operational performance.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of Camp Sarika, including guest accommodations, Food & Beverage outlets, and guest service delivery.
• Manage and develop Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to achieve exceptional service standards.
• Partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure facilities and guest spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction by actively engaging with guests, reviewing feedback, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee departmental budgets, financial performance, labor management, and expense control to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze operational and guest experience trends to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while creating a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Lead operational projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements in alignment with organizational goals.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments through meetings, briefings, and leadership presence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Aman brand expectations while serving as a role model for the team.
