Job summary

Aman is seeking a Camp Sarika Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Camp Sarika, ensuring exceptional luxury hospitality across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. You will lead a dedicated team, uphold Aman standards, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

The role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and strategic initiatives to maintain the brand’s serene luxury experience for guests in an extraordinary desert setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive management experience within luxury hospitality or related field.
• Proven leadership overseeing multiple operational departments and guest service functions.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, payroll, forecasting and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of Camp Sarika, including guest accommodations, F&B outlets, and guest service delivery.
• Manage and develop Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to achieve exceptional service standards.
• Partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to maintain facilities and guest spaces to high standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction by engaging with guests, reviewing feedback, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee departmental budgets, labor management and expenses to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze operational and guest experience trends to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop team members with a culture of accountability.
• Lead operational projects, strategic initiatives and process improvements aligned with goals.
• Foster communication and collaboration across departments through meetings and leadership presence.

Role

As Camp Sarika Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Camp Sarika, ensuring an exceptional level of service across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. You will lead a dedicated team focused on delivering seamless and personalized guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

This role is responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and guest satisfaction, ensuring Camp Sarika consistently reflects the Aman philosophy and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of Camp Sarika, including guest accommodations, Food & Beverage outlets, and guest service delivery
• Manage and develop Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to achieve exceptional service standards
• Partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure facilities and guest spaces are maintained to the highest standards

Requirements
