Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a Cafe Assistant Manager to lead Naples Trading Company, delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

You will supervise Supervisors and frontline staff, drive labor scheduling, and partner with the Cafe Manager on inventory, training, and financial controls. A strong hospitality mindset and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a luxury hospitality, café, retail or F&B environment.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, train, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Cafe Manager in leading Naples Trading Company operations with a focus on exceptional service and product quality.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Cafe Manager and ensure operational continuity.
• Supervise and develop Supervisors and team members; foster a culture of hospitality and Four Seasons service excellence.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor daily service execution to deliver personalized, professional guest experiences.
• Schedule labor effectively while controlling costs and maintaining productivity.
• Support inventory management including ordering, receiving, cycle counts, rotation and loss prevention.
