About The Role:

The Cafe Supervisor ensures smooth daily operations of Naples Trading Company by maintaining exceptional product quality and luxury service standards. This role assists with staff supervision, workflow organization, and team development while elevating the guest experience. The Supervisor leads by example on the floor, inspiring team members to excel in food and beverage production and guest engagement.

What You Will Do:

• Lead daily cafe operations by supervising staff, modeling warm hospitality, and maintaining high service standards
• Train and develop team members in coffee and tea service, overall workflow, and quality expectations
• Oversee product inventory – including coffee, tea, milks and produce – and support organization, rotation and par levels.
• Ensure proper care, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of cage equipment

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
