Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, cafe, retail, or F&B.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and develop staff.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and adapt to changing demands.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, labor controls, scheduling, and retail operations.
• Ability to work well under pressure with a positive attitude.
• High work ethic and ownership.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Naples Trading Company operations with exceptional service.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Cafe Manager.
• Coach and develop Supervisors and team members.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Monitor daily service execution to ensure prompt, personalized service.
• Schedule labor to maintain productivity while controlling costs.
• Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving, cycle counts, rotation.
• Collaborate to maintain inventory levels and merchandising standards.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout cafe and retail space.
• Review sales trends and operational performance to improve guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and operating standards.
• Assist in monitoring outlet expenses and cash handling.
• Oversee facilities and equipment maintenance.
• Foster cross-department collaboration to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests, residents, and team members.
• Maintain floor presence during peak times.
