Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support dining operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities include supervising restaurant staff, maintaining service standards, managing guest communications, and coordinating with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience.
• One to two years in supervisory or supervisor role in Food and Beverage.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage software systems.
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and managing all restaurant employees to ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain a strong restaurant presence, recognize the team, engage guests professionally, and address concerns or requests.
• Ensure quality and presentation of all food items; provide knowledge of wine and spirits for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Attend regular meetings to promote cross-department coordination.
• Inspect and improve restaurant conditions and equipment to uphold standards.
• Assist with beverage service to guests for timely, professional delivery.
• Support guest seating to manage flow and create a welcoming arrival experience.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of operational areas for a clean, safe environment.
