Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in Forbes Four-Star, Forbes Five-Star, or equivalent luxury hospitality environments.
• Demonstrated success leading service-focused teams.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and guest recovery abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Butler team to ensure Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Conduct onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Establish service expectations and ensure luxury standards are met.
• Create and maintain Butler SOPs and service guidelines.
• Lead daily briefings and VIP arrival reviews.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all Butler-managed guest experiences and ensure flawless execution.
• Respond to service concerns and oversee high-level service recovery.
