Role includes access control, coordinating with maintenance on requests, and supporting move-ins/move-outs. In luxury buildings, you may arrange amenity bookings and light cleaning to ensure a pristine lobby.

Responsabilités

• Greeting and assisting residents/visitors with directions and sign-in.
• Security & surveillance: monitor entrance and verify identities.
• Handle package and mail deliveries (Amazon, USPS, FedEx, UPS, groceries).
• Manage building access with keys, intercoms, and access cards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management on service requests.
• Assist during emergencies and fire alarms following protocols.
• Coordinate with valet/parking where applicable.
• Assist move-ins/move-outs with elevator reservations and coordination.
• Light cleaning duties to maintain a presentable lobby.
• Arrange dry cleaning pickups/drop-offs.
