Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville, part of Swickard Auto Group, is seeking a Brand Specialist to welcome guests and present vehicles with genuine warmth. You will learn the Mercedes-Benz lineup through paid training and build a confident, trust-based relationship with buyers.

No automotive background is required; luxury hospitality or guest-facing experience is valued. You’ll develop product knowledge, manage a client pipeline via CRM, and aim to meet monthly targets while representing a premium

Formación

• No automotive experience required; paid Mercedes-Benz brand and product training provided from day one.
• Genuine, polished communicator who earns trust through curiosity and preparation.
• Background in luxury hospitality, financial services, retail, or other guest-facing roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with warmth and understand what matters to them before presenting any vehicle.
• Develop deep Mercedes-Benz product knowledge through paid training.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives to connect features with guest values.
• Build and manage a client pipeline through consistent follow-up and CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience.
• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI.
• Represent Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville and Swickard's hospitality standards.
