Qualifications

• 3+ years in contact center, customer service, or retail.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and selling skills.
• Luxury retail eCommerce experience preferred; MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and other channels.
• Resolve customer needs, take ownership of issues, and support orders initiated by phone or website.
• Make proactive outbound clienteling calls for product launches, milestones, and service updates.
• Build product knowledge and use storytelling to represent the brand.
• Sell and negotiate effectively, answer repair and service questions, and help close sales.
