Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking a Brand Ambassador for the Client Relations Center in Miami to deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have luxury retail experience and convey passion for the brand.

You will handle inquiries, build relationships, and contribute to sales through product knowledge and storytelling while maintaining composure in a high-volume environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contact center/customer service or retail
• Experience in luxury eCommerce is a plus
• Enthusiasm for brand storytelling and product offerings

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and greet customers in a professional manner
• Provide written responses to inquiries via email, social media and other channels
• Build relationships by delivering first-call resolution and ownership
• Assist sales via phone or website with data entry and product knowledge
• Guide clients through repairs, timelines, estimates, returns and policies
