Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking a Brand Ambassador for the Client Relations Center to deliver an exemplary service experience via phone, email, and chat. The role requires luxury retail expertise, outstanding customer service, and a passion for the Cartier brand in every interaction.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in luxury retail or contact center settings, be bilingual (Spanish and English), and demonstrate strong product knowledge, storytelling, and clienteling skills to build

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contact center/customer service or retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in fashion, retail or related field.
• Experience with luxury brands and storytelling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and greet customers in a professional, engaging manner.
• Provide written responses via email, social media, and other channels.
• Drive client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate brand narratives.
• Assist with orders, repairs, and service estimates as needed.
