Key responsibilities include handling inbound calls, crafting elegant written responses, and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium client service environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across channels (phone, email, chat).
• Bilingual Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and greet customers professionally.
• Provide written responses to inquiries via email, social media, and other channels.
• Build lasting relationships with customers; deliver first-call resolution.
• Assist sales by phone and website, with data entry and knowledge of collections.
• Initiate proactive outbound clienteling calls for milestones, launches, and service updates.
• Apply product storytelling and expertise to recommend items.
• Demonstrate selling and negotiating skills; drive cross-sell/up-sell; maintain composure.
• Address inquiries, guide repairs, timelines, estimates, returns/exchanges, and service policies.
