Qualifications

• Bilingual: English and Spanish mandatory; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and written inquiries via email, social media and chat, delivering exceptional service.
• Outreach to clients for clienteling, product launches, and service updates to strengthen relationships.
• Demonstrate strong luxury brand product knowledge and close sales with confident storytelling.
• Assist with orders by phone or website and manage data entry and product information.
