Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in public relations, influencer marketing, communications, events, or related fields. Internship experience considered.
• Experience in beauty, luxury, fashion or lifestyle preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate influencer gifting and product seeding programs, including allocations, shipping, tracking and delivery management.
• Support development of press materials, media alerts, Q&As, launch materials and press kits.
• Coordinate logistics for media outreach, product launches and press opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships for mailing materials for product launches and campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on coverage, campaigns and trends.
• Stay informed on beauty, luxury, fashion, lifestyle and cultural trends to provide timely insights.
