Job summary

Shiseido Americas is seeking a Senior Manager, US Communications (Drunk Elephant) in New York. Will craft influencer strategies, manage relationships, and drive brand awareness for Drunk Elephant across earned, paid, and social channels.

Role collaborates with Global Communications to align events, media outreach, and retailer moments. The candidate will lead influencer campaigns, manage budgets, and develop reporting on paid tactics and trends to keep the brand top of mind in a dynamic beauty

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Influencer Engagement, Communications/PR and/or Social Media.
• Experience with influencer management platforms and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop influencer strategy and expand relationships across platforms and categories.
• Coordinate paid content, events, and retailer moments with cross-functional partners.
• Develop US press strategies and maintain relationships with top editors and industry contacts.
• Plan influencer activations with Global Communications for launches and non-launch moments.
• Establish KPIs, analyze Tribe reporting, and report to executives on trends.
