Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and uphold the brand’s standards in a high-volume environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, demonstrating fashion knowledge, assisting with sizing, and guiding them through store programs.

Role requires flexible scheduling including day, evening, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to move around the sales floor, stock/dressing room and office; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed KPI goals and use brand tools to drive performance.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with the team.
• Connect customers through the Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educate customers on programs, resources and offerings.
• Assist in fitting rooms with sizing and store standards.
• Maintain store standards and complete opening/closing duties.
• Support floor sets and replenishment (ISOS).
• Participate in company trainings and initiatives.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience.
