Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the sales floor.
• Ability to operate the register and stay on feet for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals and use tools to drive performance.
• Contribute to store sales plans while upholding brand standards.
• Assist in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational tasks.
• Participate in company trainings on compliance, product, and initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards and contribute to a positive work environment.
