Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver a premium shopping experience in a high-volume store. You will provide excellent customer service, understand sales objectives, and help meet monthly targets while upholding brand standards.

You will connect with customers, assist in fitting rooms, participate in floor sets and replenishment, and maintain store standards. The role requires flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap; lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service, ensuring there is always a customer first mindset.
• Understands sales objectives and consistently meets or exceeds individual KPI and utilizes tools to drive performance.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans by collaborating with the team to uphold brand standards.
• Connect customers utilizing the Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Provide customer service in the fitting rooms area assisting with sizing and maintaining store standards.
• Maintains store standards, policies, and processes on sales floor and BOH; completes opening/closing responsibilities.
• Supports operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment.
• Participates in company trainings including compliance, product, talent development and initiatives.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the RL experience and customer satisfaction.
• Provides feedback to Management on product feedback and opportunities.
• Maintains store visual standards according to company guidelines.
• Collaborates with colleagues and contributes to a cohesive, inclusive team environment.
