Job summary

Courrèges is seeking an Assistant Store Director for our Soho boutique in New York City. You will work closely with the Store Director to drive performance, deliver exceptional client experiences, and support daily team development.

A strong selling floor presence and strategic oversight will be essential to balance commercial success with operational excellence. The role emphasizes clienteling, team training, and maintaining brand standards with a hands-on approach across all store operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a retail management position.
• Familiar with FarFetch platform and process.
• Hands-on approach to all aspects of operations.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Store organization: lead the sales floor, ensure clients have a Client Advisor, monitor KPIs and workloads, supervise planning and training.
• Clienteling: deliver exceptional client experiences, build loyalty, manage client databases, and promote brand culture.
• Operations: ensure compliance with standards, assist in store events and product enhancement, and support in styling clients.
