Qualifications

• 8+ years luxury retail management with proven sales growth.
• Established Boca Raton/South Florida client network.
• Experience building partnerships with luxury hotels and clubs.
• Strong leadership and coaching of luxury retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance across sales, profitability, client development, operations and team performance.
• Develop strategies to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, retention and repeat business.
• Build and expand a portfolio of high-value clients via outreach, CRM and appointments.
• Mentor staff to grow their own books of business and maintain service standards.
• Develop clienteling, outreach, appointment, and acquisition goals for the team.
• Establish local partnerships with luxury hotels, resorts, clubs and specialists.
• Represent the store at events and brand activations to generate new business.
• Recruit, train, coach and retain luxury retail talent.
