Job summary

La Maison Longchamp in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a Sales Associate for our boutique. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with merchandising, operate the POS, and ensure store standards are met.

Candidates should have a High School diploma and at least three years of luxury retail experience, with knowledge of Cegid and UPS systems preferred. This non-exempt role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree in Retail or Fashion preferred.
• At least 3 years of high-end retail or boutique sales experience.
• Experience with Cegid transactions and UPS system; proficient in Excel/Outlook/Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandise care.
• Process sales accurately at POS and manage returns/exchanges.
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment and floor displays.
• Build and maintain client books and records.
