Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Boutique Facilitator for the Ala Moana store in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role supports boutique operations and client service, acting as a versatile generalist to assist sales associates and the operations team to maximize client-facing time.

The position requires in-store presence to manage receiving, inventory, cash handling, and daily administrative duties, with a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs and perform physical tasks related to receiving and merchandising.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service by welcoming and greeting clients and supporting Fashion Advisors on the sales floor
• Support incoming and outgoing shipments, assist with inventory cycle counts, re-ticketing, and receiving
• Assist with packaging, shipping product to support sales, and other client service tasks
• Support opening and closing registers, handle cash and deposits, and perform daily administrative duties including answering phones
