Job summary

Maison in San Diego is seeking a boutique associate to achieve sales targets, cultivate client relationships, and deliver an exceptional luxury experience.

You will support daily boutique operations, maintain brand presentation, and participate in client events. Two to five years of luxury retail experience, knowledge of timepiece movements, SAP proficiency, and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training and client events.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide attentive, knowledgeable customer service.
• Build and maintain client relationships, capture client information, and support client events.
• Resolve client concerns and provide after-sales support in accordance with Maison values.
• Assist with boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and other daily operations.
