Cartier boutique in San Diego seeks an energetic luxury retail associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will greet clients, provide product knowledge, and maintain Cartier standards across touchpoints.

The role emphasizes relationship building, data capture for CRM, and active participation in daily operations, events, and training while upholding Maison values.

Competenze

• College degree preferred.
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently.
• 2 to 5 years of luxury retail experience.

Mansioni

• Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target.
• Provide outstanding customer service and greet every client with product knowledge.
• Adapt approach according to client needs and motivations; negotiate and handle objections.
• Assist and support after sales clients; be Cartier ambassador in boutique.
• Cultivate client relationships and capture data for follow-up.
• Participate in daily boutique operations and inventory preparation.
