Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Maison Ambassador Sales Associate in New York. You will develop client relationships, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting daily boutique operations.

The role requires 2–5 years of luxury retail experience, weekend availability, and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is preferred, with a college degree being a plus.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, as well as retail hours and occasional travel for trainings and events.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, attention-to-detail, and multitasking skills.
• Computer and internet proficiency; MS Office experience required and SAP knowledge preferred.
• College degree preferred; additional language skills and general knowledge of timepiece movements are a plus.
