Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of previous luxury retail experience is preferred.
• College degree preferred as education requirement.
• Excellent product knowledge and customer service excellence expected.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a friendly, engaging client experience.
• Assist with daily boutique operations and maintain displays and back-stock.
• Capture client data for CRM and participate in events and networking.
• Support after-sales clients and adapt approach to client needs.
