Job summary

Brobston Group seeks an Ambassador for the Maison boutique to deliver an exceptional client experience, grow a luxury client portfolio, and support daily boutique operations while achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in luxury retail, weekends plus a weekday, and strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus; a college degree and additional language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, with flexibility for retail hours, training, and client events.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Computer and internet proficiency and Microsoft Office experience; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• A college degree, additional language skills, and general knowledge of timepiece movements are preferred.
