Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hospitality management experience, including senior leadership roles
• Luxury hospitality experience in boutique hotels or upscale resorts
• Proven ability to lead daily property operations and inspire guest satisfaction
• Strong budgeting, labor management, expense control, and revenue optimization skills
• Experience recruiting, training, and leading hospitality teams
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple departments and competing priorities
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems and hospitality tech
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak occupancy periods
• On-site work in Dunlap, Tennessee
