Cannon Creek is more than a place to stay. It's a destination where adventure meets luxury, and where every detail is designed to create an exceptional guest experience.
As we prepare to welcome our first guests, we're seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on General Manager to help bring our vision to life.
The General Manager at Cannon Creek is responsible for overseeing all daily operations across accommodations, food and beverage, guest services, and property maintenance. This full-time, on-site role in Dunlap, TN (about 45 minutes outside of Chattanooga) includes leading and developing staff, managing budgets and financial performance, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences. The General Manager will coordinate reservations and occupancy, supervise the restaurant and culinary offerings, and maintain standards for safety, cleanliness, and service. The role also involved implementing operational procedures, managing vendor relationships, resolving guest concerns, and collaborating with ownership on strategic initiatives, brand standards, and long-term growth.
This is a unique opportunity to help launch and lead an intimate luxury hospitality destination from its earliest days. Unlike traditional hotel management roles, this position offers the opportunity to work directly with ownership, influence major operational decisions, build a team and culture from the ground up, and play a meaningful role in shaping a distinctive hospitality brand. We're looking for someone who wants more than simply managing a hotel. We're looking for someone who wants to help create something extraordinary.
